Paua Shell and silver ring

What a gorgeous ring and a gorgeous Paua Shell, I'm regretting not making this my size to be honest. 
It's a size N, the ring is 2.5mm x 1.9mm oval silver and the 8mm stone is set onto a Dome Setting rather than a normal bezel Setting. 
Just the one of these at the moment.
