Concrete textured heart ring

A Very lovely and unique sterling silver ring.
The heart is approximately 15mm and textured by literally hammering it onto concrete, this gets me a few of looks from passers by but leaves a really lovely texture.
The heart is set onto a 2.5mm wide D shape ring. 
The one pictured is size P but I can make similar to order of you let me know the size required.
